This video will explain the importance of study centre records and their associated contacts on HubSpot. It will explain how to find out information about a study centre and keep records up to date.
To add a staff member to a record you must associate the contact with the correct company. You must also complete the 'study centre contact' property. If you have completed both of these tasks, you can be sure they will get the right communications.
If a staff member leaves a company you must remove the association with the company and you should also complete their 'inactive reason'.
When discussing your customer internally in email, it would be helpful to use the Company ID SC00XX. This will ensure that we are referring to the correct record and make communication easier. You can also provide a link to the HubSpot record.
Make sure you add notes to your customers so that everyone can read it, you can pin it to the top of the feed by clicking 'Pin' so that it always stays at the top of the record.
