NCUK has 20 users that can be granted to paid sales and service seats. If you have a sales or service seat, please read below to make sure you are using all the functionality.
To find out who has a sales or service seat, navigate to settings (cog icon) > users & teams > manage paid users.
Tools that only work with paid seats include:
- Round robin meeting links
- Sales sequences and playbooks
- Automated lead rotation
- More than the first 5 snippets created
- More than the 5 templates created
- Telephony
