With HubSpot, we have the power to check important notes and updates on all of our customers at a glance, generate leads, efficiently manage group inboxes, stay on top of events, create forms, and host webpages. It even helps us streamline our sales pipelines for study centres and forge new partnerships with universities, all while integrating smoothly with other systems.

We expect everyone in the organisation to follow these simple steps to basic set up. 

  1. Add HubSpot to your favourites and keep signed in for quick and easy access. 
  2. Connect your Outlook. This is important so we can track customer communication and have greater transparency across the organisation. Certain emails are blocked from HubSpot so don't worry, your internal emails will not track. 
  3. Fill in your name, image, phone number and email signature in profile & preferences so we can personalise email automations for your leads. Learn more here. Confirm you have been set the correct user permissions and assigned to your team in HubSpot.
  4. Integrate your calendar and create a meeting link so that leads can book in calls and viewings (remember to block out your calendar if unavailable) Learn more here

After you have completed the setup process, each team will have their own unique way of using HubSpot. However, it is important that everyone logs notes and meetings against company records as well as keep up to date with tasks.
